Set how many players your qualifier can take, separately for men and women (16–64 each). Each side closes on its own once it is full. The minimum is 16 because the top players of each gender go on to your community roster.

Your community's place is confirmed once the deposit is received. The balance is set once the final number of participating communities is fixed, is then invoiced to the primary contact, and must be settled by 11 Oct 2026. Our tournament format requires either 8 or 16 participating communities – we may release your community place and provide you with a refund if we do not meet the required participating number.
