New to padel? You're not alone—and that's the beauty of it. Padel has a gentle learning curve that can take you far, no matter your background.

Tournament Details
Registration Fee
RM160 per player; Volvo owners get a 50% discount.
In-person Assessment
All Beginner players must complete a skill assessment before the tournament.
Qualifying Round
160 players qualify on 19 July at 3 partner venues.
Qualifying Format
Americano format where you earn points as an individual, even though you play in pairs.
Qualifiying Matches
Maximum of 7 matches per player, 21 total points per match.
Qualifying Scoring
Each player's score is averaged (total points ÷ matches played).
Playoffs + Finals
Top 16 men & 16 women move on to Quarterfinals on 27 July at Joy Division Padel 2 (JOY2). Semis & Finals will be held on the same day and venue.
Finals Format
Semis & Finals are team-based, played in Fast 7 and 3-set formats.
